1. This machine is mainly used for sealing square batteries after electrolyte injection and pre-charging. It possesses high sealing efficiency, is easy to operate, and has good stability; making it an important piece of equipment in the sealing process during square battery production.
2. Working Principle: The machine is composed of a two-station turntable (equipped with two sets of molds, each set can process 10 PCS of products at a time), vacuum system, steel ball loading system, steel ball feeding mechanism, pre-seal 1, pre-seal 2, sealing mechanism, and CNC system, etc. After adjusting the mold size according to the battery size, place the battery in the mold, step on the foot switch, and the equipment automatically draws vacuum and knocks in the steel balls in three steps. One set of molds operates automatically, while another mold is used for loading and unloading batteries.
