The automatic screw tightening unit consists of the rotational power section and the screw feeding section. Common screw feeding methods include pneumatic and suction types. Generally speaking, the pneumatic method is more efficient than the suction method due to its continuous operation, eliminating the need for back-and-forth movement of the head.
