Refund Policy

At 3DMecWorks, we strive to provide exceptional value through our subscription-based CAD/CAM platform. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions.

1.1 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your subscription purchase
  • You have NOT downloaded any premium CAD/CAM content
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)

IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you have downloaded any premium 3D models, 2D drawings, or CAD/CAM files during your subscription period. By downloading premium content, you have received the value of your subscription.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You have downloaded any premium content (even 1 file)
  • More than 30 days have passed since subscription purchase
  • You have violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Your account has been suspended or banned for policy violations
  • You are requesting a refund for a previous subscription period

2. Subscription Model - Manual Renewal Only

2.1 No Auto-Renewal

3DMecWorks subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. When your subscription expires:

  • You will receive email reminders before expiration
  • Your subscription will end on the expiration date
  • You must manually renew to continue access
  • No automatic charges will be made to your payment method

2.2 Renewal Process

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to "Subscriptions" or "Billing"
  • Select your desired subscription plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual)
  • Complete payment via Stripe or PayPal
  • Your subscription will be reactivated immediately

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

Since there is no auto-renewal, you do not need to actively cancel. Simply:

  • Do not renew when your subscription expires
  • Your access will end on the expiration date
  • No further action required

3.2 Early Cancellation (Before Expiration)

If you wish to stop using the service before your subscription expires:

  • You may stop using the service anytime
  • Your access remains active until the subscription end date
  • No partial refunds for unused time (unless within 30-day guarantee and no downloads)

4. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Stripe: Credit cards, debit cards
  • PayPal: PayPal balance, linked cards, bank accounts

We do NOT accept: Cryptocurrency, wire transfers, checks, or other payment methods.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (within 30 days, no premium downloads), email us at:

  • Your account email address
  • Your subscription order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Review: Within 1-2 business days, we will verify your eligibility
  • Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Receipt: Refund appears on your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

5.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to your original payment method only
  • Stripe payments refunded to original card
  • PayPal payments refunded to PayPal account
  • We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods

6. Disputed Charges

6.1 Before Filing a Chargeback

If you see an unexpected charge from 3DMecWorks, please contact us BEFORE filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank:

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

6.2 Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks for legitimate charges may result in account suspension
  • Downloaded content cannot be returned via chargeback
