These Premium Terms govern the use of 3DMecWorks premium subscription services and access to premium CAD/CAM content.
1. Premium Subscription Overview
1.1 What is Premium Access?
Premium subscriptions provide access to:
- Entire Content Library: Access to all free AND premium CAD/CAM models
- No Download Limits: No daily download restrictions
- Premium-Only Content: Exclusive high-quality models from professional authors
- Advanced Features: Priority search, bulk downloads, API access
- Priority Support: Faster response times for support requests

2. Subscription Management
2.1 Manual Renewal System
Important: 3DMecWorks subscriptions do NOT automatically renew.
- No Auto-Renewal: No automatic charges to your payment method
- Expiration Reminders: Email notifications sent 7 days and 1 day before expiration
- Manual Renewal Required: Log in to renew before expiration
- Grace Period: None - access ends immediately on expiration date
2.2 How to Renew
- Log in to your 3DMecWorks account
- Go to "Subscriptions" or "Billing" section
- Select your desired subscription plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
- Complete payment via Stripe or PayPal
- Instant reactivation - access restored immediately
2.3 What Happens After Expiration?
- Access to Premium Content: Immediately disabled
- Free Content: Still accessible
- Renewal: Can renew anytime to restore full access
3. Premium Content Usage Rights
3.1 What You Can Do With Premium Content
As a premium subscriber, you are licensed to:
- Reference Use: Use models as reference for your design work
- Modification: Edit and adapt files for your specific projects
- Learning: Study design techniques and mechanical principles
- Derivative Works: Create new designs based on downloaded content
- Commercial Projects: Use as reference in commercial design projects
3.2 Usage Restrictions
Please respect the following guidelines:
- Redistribution: Do not share, resell, or upload files to other platforms
- Attribution: Respect author credits and watermarks when present
- Fair Use: Avoid using automated tools to mass-download content
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Premium CAD/CAM models and drawings are provided for reference and learning purposes only. You MUST NOT use these files directly for manufacturing or production without thorough verification, testing, and recalculation. 3DMecWorks accepts NO responsibility for manufacturing failures, safety issues, or damages resulting from direct use of downloaded files in production.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Stripe: Credit cards, debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal: PayPal balance, linked credit/debit cards, bank accounts
- Account Balance: Referral commission earned can be used for subscriptions
4.2 Pricing and Billing
- Fixed Pricing: Subscription price fixed for duration of current period
- Price Changes: New prices apply only to future renewals (30 days notice given)
- Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.)
- Currency: All prices displayed in USD
- Invoices: Automatically generated and sent via email
4.3 Failed Payments
Since there is no auto-renewal, there are no failed payment retries. Simply renew when ready.
5. Refund Policy for Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase if no premium content has been downloaded.
IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you have downloaded any premium content. By downloading files, you have received the value of your subscription.

6. Account Sharing Policy
6.1 Personal Use Only
Premium subscriptions are for individual use only:
- One user per subscription
- Cannot share login credentials
- Cannot create shared team accounts
- Company/team licenses available upon request
6.2 Violations and Enforcement
Account sharing violations may result in:
- Warning: First offense
- Suspension: Second offense (30 days)
- Termination: Third offense (permanent ban, no refund)
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime and Maintenance
- Target Uptime: 99.9% availability
- Scheduled Maintenance: Announced 48 hours in advance
- Emergency Maintenance: May occur without notice
- No Compensation: For brief service interruptions
7.2 Content Updates
- New premium content added weekly
- Existing content may be updated or removed
- No guarantee specific content will remain available
- Download important files during active subscription
8. Liability Limitations
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION LIABILITY:
- Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
- No guarantee of uninterrupted access
- No warranty that content meets your specific needs
- Not liable for project delays caused by service issues
- Total liability limited to subscription fees paid in last 12 months
- No liability for manufacturing failures from use of downloaded content
