Earn rewards by referring new users to 3DMecWorks! These terms govern our referral program and reward structure.
1. Program Overview
1.1 How It Works
- Share your unique referral link with engineers, designers, and CAD/CAM professionals
- When someone signs up using your link and purchases a subscription, you earn commission
- Track your referrals and commission in your account dashboard
- Use your commission to purchase premium subscriptions
1.2 Eligibility
- Must have an active 3DMecWorks account in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must comply with these Referral Program Terms
- Available worldwide (subject to local regulations)
2. Referral Rewards
2.1 Reward Structure
- Commission Rate: 20% of all subscription payments from each referred user
- Recurring Rewards: Earn 20% on every renewal payment, not just the first payment
- All Subscription Types: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual subscriptions all earn 20%
2.2 Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies when the referred user:
- Signs up using your unique referral link
- Creates a new account (not existing users)
- Purchases a paid subscription within 30 days of signup
- Completes payment successfully
- Does not request a refund within 30 days
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Processing
- Commission Usage: Commission can only be used to purchase premium subscriptions
- No Cash Payouts: Commission cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred via Stripe/PayPal
- Account Balance: Commission is added to your account balance automatically
- Subscription Purchase: Use accumulated commission when upgrading to premium subscription
3.2 Reward Crediting
- Rewards credited after referred user's payment clears (typically 3-5 business days)
- Rewards pending if user is in 30-day money-back guarantee period
- Rewards confirmed after 30-day refund window closes
- If user requests refund, reward is revoked
4. Program Rules and Restrictions
4.1 Prohibited Promotion Methods
You may NOT:
- Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote referral links
- Misrepresent 3DMecWorks services or features
- Use misleading or deceptive advertising
- Create fake accounts or self-referrals
- Use automated bots or scripts to generate referrals
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
4.2 Approved Promotion Methods
You MAY:
- Share links on your personal social media accounts
- Include links in blog posts or articles (with disclosure)
- Share with professional networks and colleagues
- Create educational content featuring 3DMecWorks
- Mention in podcasts, videos, or webinars
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1 Referral Dashboard
Access your referral dashboard to view:
- Unique referral link and tracking code
- Number of clicks on your referral link
- Number of signups from your link
- Number of qualifying subscriptions
- Pending and confirmed earnings
- Payment history
5.2 Cookie Tracking
- Referral cookies valid for 30 days
- Last-click attribution model used
- If user clicks multiple referral links, last one gets credit
