3D Gluing Rod Line
This line is used for loading iron supports, gluing, and unloading finished products of silicon crystal rods.
The iron support loading can achieve automatic flipping, and during the finished product unloading process, product inversion is necessary to accommodate different lengths and models.
The unloading gantry adopts dual-axis synchronous drive, the clamping mechanism adopts synchronous clamping, and the inversion mechanism adopts synchronous inversion. The structure is simple and has strong reference significance.
