Dispensing and Curing Machine Automated Production Line (UV Curing)

Dispensing Curing Machine Circulating Automatic Production Line Equipment Features The equipment consists of jigs, conveyor belts, positioning and clamping mechanisms, dispensing robots, UV curing components, flipping mechanisms, and other parts. The jigs quickly pre-position and secure the workpiece. The conveyor belt transports the jig to various process stations for processing. The positioning and clamping mechanism positions and clamps the jig. The dispensing robot, equipped with a dispensing head and LED UV lamp, performs dispensing and initial UV curing. The UV component completes the final curing of the workpiece after dispensing. The flipping mechanism rotates the workpiece 180°, preparing it for dispensing and curing on the reverse side. UV curing refers to ultraviolet curing, where UV is the abbreviation for ultraviolet, and curing refers to the process of transforming a substance from a low molecular weight to a high molecular weight.
