This is a roller conveyor line, featuring stop and transfer mechanisms, designed in SOLIDWORKS. Each part has features, and all movable parts can simulate motion (all constrained flexible areas are fully flexible). The structure is clear, parts are complete, and dimensions are accurate, allowing you to see the simulation actions of the stop cylinder and the lifting positioning intuitively. The transfer drive wheel is designed with suspension at both ends to facilitate belt replacement. During replacement, you only need to remove the outer support pieces of the three wheels on the same row at the top. This is an ideal reference for you when creating a roller line.
