1-1 The equipment utilizes a flexible ABB six-axis robot, combined with a CCD vision system, which can adjust the compressor's position and angle flexibly, ensuring the compressor's hole positions match with the chassis studs.
1-2 A 40KG-class robot is used to meet the load requirements for handling compressors of all models.
1-3 The CCD uses the Robot-Vision Aligner automatic calibration system, which can perform automatic positioning and correction, making operation simple.
