This equipment is a simple device used by motor manufacturers for the repair of motors with noise and poor performance. It is used to disassemble the rear end cover of motors. This type of motor has a stator made of BMC material and an end cover of galvanized sheet. The excessive interference fit results in a large bond strength, and the BMC material is relatively brittle, leading to a high scrap rate during normal disassembly. This set of equipment can effectively solve the problem of scrap rate during disassembly. The current usage effect is very good, and the scrap rate can be controlled within five per thousand.
