Pin Detection Automation Equipment

Most mechanisms of the 5-pin insertion device use a combination of cylinder and linear guideway drive for operation. This approach offers high stability and cost-effectiveness. The vibratory bowl is used for material feeding. The cylinder and linear guideway complete the insertion actions for 5 sets of pins, which can be referenced in the design. The device also includes a segment difference detection and power-on testing equipment for pins, specifically designed to check the jig for detection items after the insertion machine completes pin insertion. The detection content includes camera inspection to check for any missing pins or bent pins, laser line scanning to check for consistent pin height, and power-on testing, among others.
