The design model of a mobile crane is a lifting device used for material handling, spanning across workshops, warehouses, and stockyards. It rests at both ends on tall concrete pillars or metal supports, resembling the shape of a bridge. The bridge of the overhead crane runs longitudinally along tracks laid on elevated supports on both sides, allowing full utilization of the space below for material handling without ground equipment interference. It is the most widely used and numerous type of lifting machinery.
