The clip and scissors are located at the top of the telescopic rod, and a spring is arranged between the clip and scissors. The clip and scissors are connected to the control tool via a control line, and the control tool is located at the lower part of the telescopic rod. Inside the telescopic rod, there is a retractable sleeve, which is fixed to the telescopic rod by a knob. A net bag can be set at the connection point of the clip and scissors.
