The high-pressure degassing machine is a device that uses pressure and temperature to remove bubbles generated during the process of polarizer bonding. On the LCD module production line, bubbles typically form between the polarizer and the LCD glass. The function of this device is to eliminate these bubbles while also enhancing the adhesion between different materials. This diagram shows a large-capacity high-pressure degassing tank with an inner diameter of 800mm.
