Principle of the material suction machine: The control unit activates a vacuum motor to extract air from the hopper while closing the discharge valve device, creating negative pressure inside the hopper. Under the effect of negative pressure, external materials are carried by the airflow through the feeding pipe into the hopper. When the work cycle ends, the vacuum motor stops, and the internal discharge valve device is pushed open by the raw material, allowing the materials to flow out from the hopper into an injection molding machine, extruder, or other equipment.
