A hand-cranked vise mechanism for holding a workpiece on a milling machine. The base includes components such as the bottom, screw, handle, and chuck. The novelty of this mechanism lies in the use of a double-threaded screw. When the handle is turned, it drives the screw to rotate, allowing the two chucks to simultaneously move towards each other to clamp the workpiece.
