This device is a gearbox press-fit riveting machine, with the main body being a JAM-10T press. After the product and gearbox are pre-assembled and placed into the lower fixture for positioning, the start switch is activated, and the three riveting heads on the upper fixture are pushed down by the oil cylinder until the gearbox is completely riveted. Then they return, and the product is automatically lifted and ejected by the cylinder discharge mechanism.
