1. Small equipment size
2. UPH requires 300, and two machines can be used in series (currently manual operation UPH is 250)
3. Equipment operation must be stable, with a 100% yield rate
4. After tearing off the liner, the equipment mechanism maintains the pressure, with moderate force, and the holding time is 15-20 seconds. Due to UPH requirements, it has double pressure holding.
5. The equipment has foolproof design (e.g., sensing the liner must be torn off), and can have automatic dust removal function. As the equipment module travel is relatively long, with few circuits, it prevents circuit breakage.
