E27 Aging Rack 3D Model
This equipment is suitable for aging test experiments of LED bulb lights with E27 bases. It can be customized according to customer requirements to conduct aging tests on products with different models and sizes.
1. Specifications: L2000*W940*H1565MM;
2. Square pipe aging rack: The frame is made of square pipe welding, durable and sturdy;
3. The shelves are made of 10MM anti-static bakelite, and the lamp holders are E27 aging lamp holders;
4. Each layer is equipped with a set of start switches and a 12V time relay, allowing individual control of the aging time for each layer;
5. Each layer is equipped with a 20A220V AC contactor;
6. The equipment has a total of 20 groups, each group with 50 lamp holders;
7. The maximum power for each bulb holder is 6W/unit;
8. The aging rack uses four 3” universal casters, two of which have brakes;
9. Capacity for aging 1000 units per batch.
