Chain Plate Automatic Assembly Equipment

The equipment is mainly used for chain plate assembly, completing the entire machine's operation through multiple modules. It primarily consists of a supply hopper to control the supply volume of materials, achieving stable supply. During the supply process, the equipment secures the hopper through a locking mechanism to prevent material spillage. Then, through the guiding mechanism, materials are guided from the supply hopper to the assembly track. The chain plate conveying mechanism assembles the materials one by one into a complete chain plate. During the assembly process, sensors detect the position and quantity of the materials to ensure assembly quality. For materials that do not meet requirements, the equipment removes them from the assembly track through the ejection mechanism.
