Acupuncture Needle Preform Separator is primarily used in fully automated handle-winding equipment for acupuncture needles. It is designed to separate needle preforms individually, enabling automatic handle winding. This design improves upon the original structure, which could only hold 300 needle preforms at a time and was prone to jamming. It requires no additional modifications to the structure or operation of the original equipment.
