Coaxial Stripping Machine Highlights: Applicable to both data cables and new energy cables, capable of handling hundreds of wire speeds. Application Range: Maximum diameter 20mm, minimum diameter 2mm. All wire types within this range can use this stripping machine. Stripping length: 10 to 100mm. Multi-segment stripping can be realized through a servo mechanism, from 1 to 10 segments. Multi-layer full and semi-stripping. Stripping Rotation Mechanism: Driven by a servo motor, a pinion engages with a large gear, which is fixed to the rotary assembly to achieve stripping rotation. Stripping Open/Close Mechanism: The servo motor drives the screw ball, which connects with the assembly on the ball nut. This achieves mechanism opening and closing. Servo motor pulse feedback is sent to the PLC control screen, allowing the adjustment of parameters, opening and closing distances, etc., to achieve multi-layer stripping. Gripper Open/Close Mechanism: The servo motor connects with the screw rod via a coupling, converting rotational motion into linear motion. The specially designed front-end push rod achieves gripper opening and closing, with a precision of 0.02.
