Automatic Screw-Driving Machine, Automatic Screw-Locking Equipment

This diagram is a complete design drawing of the automatic screw driving machine, designed using ProE 5.0. Assembly is entirely conducted in mechanism mode, allowing users to simulate independently. This machine has already been delivered for use, and its functions can be broadly divided into: 1. The vibrating plate automatically organizes and delivers screws to the electric screwdriver tip; 2. Detects whether the electric screwdriver has delivered a screw; 3. Detects whether the product has been loaded into the fixed position; 4. Drives screws; 5. Checks if the screws have been driven into place; 6. Automatic unloading; 7. Adjusts the machine's working time. The entire machine is controlled by PLC, and the main structure and components include electric screwdriver, screw conveyor, divider, motor, electromagnetic clutch, relay, belt, cylinder, sensor switch, encoder, etc. Feel free to download!
