The weighing and sorting of battery pole pieces involves a linear module, consisting of a synchronous belt slide rail and a servo motor, to move the pneumatic gripper up, down, left, and right. After weighing the pole pieces on an electronic scale, a motor-driven, rotatable sorting board sends the pole pieces to the respective positions on a three-layer conveyor belt line, followed by automatic stacking.
