CNC Plasma Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine (1500x3000) Design Model This is a design drawing for a plasma oxy-fuel cutting machine with a working table size of 1500x3000. It combines an easy-to-use CNC system and utilizes high temperatures at the nozzle to eject high-speed ionized gas, thereby forming a conductive medium. When the current passes through, this conductive gas forms a high-temperature plasma arc. The heat of the arc causes the metal at the cutting site of the workpiece to locally melt (and evaporate), and the power of the high-speed plasma gas flow expels the molten metal to create a cut.
