A non-standard screening machine 3D model is provided with SW design sldasm and sldprt files. This equipment is a non-standard screening machine. The workpieces are supplied by a vibrating feeder, and manually supplemented when insufficient. After being fed through a supplementary vibrating feeder, main vibrating feeder, and a linear vibrator, it screens parts of different heights. A Panasonic height detection sensor detects any discrepancies, and a cylinder blocks abnormal parts. Then the device acts to remove these parts, resets to its original position, and continues screening. The collection box is divided into two categories: qualified and unqualified products, which are screened separately.
