This device performs segmented unloading after grinding the front-end flat mirror of the large magnifier. The motion system employs a 4-axis standard robot to handle a series of functions including loading and handling, removing upper and lower covers, unloading internal boards according to different specifications, assembling boards, and unloading, etc. It can be referred to for movement in large production lines.
