Auto Duct Cover Assembly Machine (Automatic Feeding and Screw Fastening Machine) The equipment uses auxiliary manual feeding, works in a cycle using a 6-position indexer, utilizes a vibrating bowl for nut feeding, and automatically positions the module to fetch the guide ring, fan cover, and cover plate for automatic assembly and screw fastening.
Operation Overview:
1. Nut vibrating bowl feeds, with XYZ grab to position 1 (4Pcs);
2. Overlay feeding of guide rings (2 sets totaling 40Pcs), transfer module with vacuum suction feeds to position 2;
3. Overlay feeding of fan covers (two sets totaling 50Pcs), mobile module with pneumatic gripper captures to position 3;
4. Cover plate single-pane feeding (total 55Pcs), mobile module with suction nozzle feeds to position 4;
5. XYZ servo module carries an electric screwdriver for moving and fastening 4Pcs screws. Screws are fed by air-blown vibrating bowl;
6. Mobile module with vacuum suction unloads to the production line;
7. Manual removal of completed materials.
