Rotary Riveting Machine
From the perspective of working principle:
Rotary riveting machines are generally divided into two types: radial riveting and orbital riveting. Regardless of the type, rotary riveting machines have an eccentric angle. In contrast, a press riveting machine is a hydraulic or pneumatic direct-press riveting system without an eccentric angle. Simply put, it is gentler than stamping.
From the perspective of pressure:
The riveting force of a rotary riveting machine is greater than that of a press riveting machine. For example, a rotary riveting machine with a maximum riveting pressure of 34KN is equivalent to a press riveting machine with 340KN.
From the perspective of riveting effect:
The rotary riveting machine forms rivets through a motion trajectory, providing better riveting effects compared to a press riveting machine. It also performs better in terms of internal stress elimination, and brittle material rivets are less prone to cracking in rotary systems.
