MR16 Aging Rack 3D Model
This equipment is suitable for the aging test experiments of LED MR16 bulb lamps. It can be customized according to customer requirements for aging testing of products of different models and sizes.
1. Specifications: L2000*W940*H1565MM;
2. Square tube aging rack: The frame is made of welded square tubes, durable and sturdy;
3. The shelves are made of 10MM anti-static bakelite, and the lamp holders are MR16 aging lamp holders;
4. Each layer is equipped with a set of starting switches and a 12V time relay, enabling independent control of the aging time for each layer;
5. Each layer includes a 20A220V AC contactor;
6. This equipment includes 20 groups, with 50 lamp holders in each group;
7. The maximum power for each bulb lamp holder is 6W/unit;
8. The aging rack is equipped with four 3” universal casters, two of which have brakes;
9. Aging capacity is 1000 units per batch.
