The shaped tube assembly equipment can accommodate the automatic feeding of shaped aluminum tubes of different lengths. The specialized gripping claw can simultaneously grasp three outer tubes, providing strong clamping force to ensure the suspended tubes do not fall off while preventing damage to the product. End caps are fed through a vibrating plate, and after installing the end caps, screws are automatically fastened. Once the screws are in place, the product is flipped and rotated for inner wall oiling, accommodating inner wall oiling for outer tubes of different lengths.
