Automatic Drilling and Tapping Machine

This automatic drilling and tapping machine is equipped with a divider device, a loading/unloading device, a drilling power head, a tapping power head, and an industrial touch screen display. It uses a vibrating hopper for feeding. The clamping fixture can be adjusted according to the specifications of the workpiece. The size of the drilling/tapping can be switched by replacing the drill bit/tap, and the drilling feed distance can be adjusted by modifying the mechanical structure of the power drive. The coolant circulates using a water tank. The workpiece flow steps and detection count cadence are monitored. Once the equipment is properly adjusted, the cycle time for each workpiece is approximately 8-12 seconds.
