This automated inspection and tube-loading equipment is primarily designed for testing SMD components, including functionality and polarity tests for common elements like inductors and resistors. The tube-loading method utilizes a 45-degree gravity slide to propel components forward. When defective products are detected, they are automatically placed into a separate tube designated for defective items, while good products are automatically loaded into the good product tube, thereby achieving the function of automatic sorting and tube loading.
