Automated Lithium Battery Cell Taping Machine
This equipment is mainly used for the taping and fixing of lithium battery cells, advancing the process after stacking the lithium cells by further securing and fixing the stacked cells.
Working principle: A robotic arm automatically takes the cells from the fixed fixture onto the incoming strip, then applies narrow tape to secure the cells. The taping has four stations: Station 1 and 2 attach three narrow tapes to the sides, while Station 3 and 4 attach two narrow tapes to the cell's tail. After taping, the cell is moved to the cold pressing station by a robotic arm.
The equipment documentation is complete, including engineering drawings, and lists of parts and purchased components.
