This equipment is an AGM battery dual-station semi-automatic slotting machine. After manually placing the electrode group into the slotting fixture and pressing the confirm button, the equipment automatically presses down to slot in, and the battery case is automatically dispensed by the three-dimensional battery case rack. The battery case rack can hold 320 battery cases at a time. With one battery every 20 seconds, the battery cases are changed approximately every 12 minutes. By adding a mechanical arm later to place the electrode group into the fixture, fully automated production can be achieved.
