The hydraulic control system adopts a cartridge integrated system, offering reliable operation, long service life, and reduced hydraulic impact, which minimizes connecting pipelines and leakage points. The electrical system controlled by imported PLC is compact, responsive, and reliable, making it easy to use and maintain. It offers three operating modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic, along with two forming process specifications: fixed stroke and fixed pressure. The bottom beam is equipped with a hydraulic pad, which can be selected via the operation panel to achieve three work cycles: ejection, no ejection, and hydraulic pad pressing edge.
