All-in-one disassembly automatic alignment equipment operation process:
1. The product is manually fed into the device fixture for suction positioning;
2. The left, right, and top edge alignment modules are equipped with side alignment CCDs and a top alignment CCD to capture the product's position to prevent scratching during movement;
3. The drive utilizes a servo screw drive module, and after disassembly is completed, it is manually handled for unloading;
