This device is a commutator press-fit machine. The commutator is manually placed in the upper fixture, and the rotor body is placed in the lower fixture. Activating the start switch, the sensor in the device detects the product's proper positioning. The lower fixture moves to the processing position via a cylinder, and the upper fixture rotates to the processing position before starting the press-fit process, pressing the commutator into the rotor body. Throughout the press-fit process, the load cell feedback allows for real-time monitoring of whether the press force is within acceptable standards. Once the press-fit is complete, the upper and lower fixtures return to their original positions, and the sensor checks whether the product meets quality standards.
