Weight inspection and packaging solution design model is part of the assembly line industrial inspection methods. The weight inspection method for packaging production line includes: calculating the volume and weight of the packaging box and contents; setting a value range; screening the packaging boxes; diverting the packaging boxes; and completing the inspection. The weight inspection method of the packaging production line provided by this invention is aimed at classifying and inspecting the contents efficiently and quickly, suitable for most production lines. It is characterized by the following method:
1) Calculate the volume and weight of the packaging box and contents separately;
2) Set the value range for the weighing instruments in the production line's weight inspection devices;
3) Screen the packaging boxes based on the determined value range from step 2;
4) Divert the packaging boxes that have completed screening in step 3;
5) Qualified packaging boxes enter the packing line, completing the inspection.
