The mechanism of this equipment is designed by SW2016 and includes editable part features, with independent speed and length control, as well as independent detection speed and transmission control. Servo control and stepper motor drive the magnetic core to rotate in any direction, ensuring minimal return control. Variable pitch control allows effects from loose winding to tight winding to be achieved through settings. This equipment can pre-store 999 program settings, displayed via LED lights, and programs can be saved. It significantly improves existing processes or reduces the volume of existing equipment, making it more economical. It continues using CNC controllers, is functionally complete, and easy to set up. Its operation is similar to previous CNC automatic winding machines, facilitating widespread adoption. Although the setup is simple without overly complex program instructions, it allows every staff member to easily learn to edit and operate within a few minutes. It includes STP and UG universal editable formats.
