The fully enclosed water-cooled computer case is a device used to dissipate heat from the internal components of a computer. I think if you're going for water cooling, you should go for those cooling systems that cost several thousand yuan and come with refrigeration. It's better not to bother with those water cooling systems under a thousand yuan.
