Fushan Terminal Pin Insertion Detection Machine
Function Features: Detects if pins are bent and not inserted into the holes of the PCB board. Passes without errors, alarms if errors are detected for manual removal. This station requires manual operation.
Detection Process:
1. Place the PCB board in the designated detection position. The operator pulls the camera handle to move the camera in the x and y directions to the position to be inspected for capturing images.
2. If the camera captures that there is no pin in the corresponding hole, an unqualified alarm will sound, and manual removal is required.
