This set of models is a servo press for the rotor production line of a micro-motor manufacturer, designed with a 5-ton servo electric cylinder and a 10-ton pressure sensor. Pressure parameters and displacement feedback are provided in real-time during the production process. During production, the operator manually places the pre-inserted shaft rotor on the lower die for riveting and starts the operation. After the lower die resets, the riveting mechanism performs riveting; upon completion, the electric cylinder resets, and the cylinder pushes out the lower die so the operator can remove the rotor. The file contains formats such as step/igs/x_t/easm for easy downloading and use.
