A rotary index table for applying Mylar, Mylar is tightened and punched, adhered to the product, CCD detects flatness and presence of Mylar, then enters the packaging mechanism through a material transfer and gripping structure. The overall machine structure is clear, the workstations are arranged in order, drawn with SolidWorks 2012, original work, already in mass production, includes 2D drawings, standard parts BOM, processed parts BOM. Capture the image for direct processing, all 3D parts contain parameters and are editable, making scheduling and modifications convenient for your reference.
