The equipment is an automatic loading and unloading device for trays. The operator places a whole stack of trays into the loading area, and the tray separation mechanism isolates the bottom tray and pushes it to the tray positioning mechanism for positioning. After receiving the material, the positioning is canceled by the lifting mechanism, which then transfers the tray to the material receiving tray module. When the tray is full, the operator manually removes the whole stack of trays from the bottom.
