Introduction to Equipment Operation Process:
1. The robotic arm automatically grabs the material, moves it, and places it inside the fixture for lateral clamping and positioning.
2. The fixture's lateral clamp uses vacuum suction to fix the product in place.
3. The CCD vision module moves along the Z-axis to capture images to check for proper patterns and assembly qualification.
4. The XY moving module, equipped with a laser line scanning platform, inspects the product's flatness and step dimensions.
