This equipment can heat the upper and lower molds simultaneously, and appropriate tooling can be installed on the upper and lower molds to accommodate different products. Each heating block uses four 220V-500W heating tubes to heat simultaneously, and temperature is controlled by a K-type stainless steel thermocouple with a temperature controller, ensuring uniform heating. The operation can switch between manual and automatic. Three layers of asbestos boards are used between the heating plate and structural components to prevent high-temperature deformation of parts. Adjusting the downward pressure cylinder makes the pressure adjustable, and adjusting the temperature controller makes the temperature adjustable.
