This is a 3D model of an automatic material feeding semi-gantry welding machine, consisting of a gantry welding mainframe, feed rack, and automatic material feeding. The overall design adopts a return-type three-mode circulation welding structure. The main frame of the moving mechanism is assembled with aluminum profiles and corner connectors, making the design elegant and the equipment sturdy and durable. The control method uses a human-machine interface and PLC control, allowing for the positioning and storage of welding spacing for different products, simple and intuitive. The transmission mechanism consists of a servo motor, belt, linear guide rail slider, etc. It uses a manual loading external frame, straight (horizontal) automatic material feeding, automatic welding, and after welding completion, it automatically releases for manual material removal.
