Straightening machines are equipment used for straightening metal profiles, bars, pipes, wires, etc. These machines apply pressure through straightening rollers to alter the straightness of bars and similar materials. Typically, there are two rows of straightening rollers, with varying numbers of rollers. There are also two-roller straightening machines, which straighten materials of different diameters by adjusting the angle of the two rollers (concave in the middle, hyperbolic rollers). The main types include pressure straightening machines, balanced roll straightening machines, shoe roll straightening machines, and rotary reverse bending straightening machines, among others.
