Using the upper and lower molds and the cylinder to position the product, the cylinder is used to bring the upper and lower molds close and compress the spring. The spring is compressed to the mechanically set position (sensor detection), and once in place, the cylinder automatically retracts. According to the settings on the touchscreen, the process cycles a fixed number of times to compress the spring. The main cylinder selected is SC125, and its output force is 7000 N at 0.6Mpa.
